Terms of Service

Adults only

BestAiPronSites is an adults-only studio. Accounts are for people of legal adult age in their place of residence. Every character generated here must be a fictional adult; every real person in uploaded media must be an adult whose documented consent you hold.

Accounts and credits

Use requires an account; there is no anonymous use. Work is priced in studio credits, quoted on each job before you confirm it. Credits are a measure of studio work only: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or transferred for money or goods. A job that fails refunds its credits automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases; nothing here is a subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Acceptable use

Prohibited without exception: any sexual content involving minors or characters presented as minors; imagery of real people without documented consent; material you do not hold the rights to transform; and any use unlawful where you are. Prohibited material is removed and accounts that supply it are closed.

Your work

What you make is yours to use as the law allows. The studio claims no ownership of your generated or uploaded media, and displays nothing publicly except what you publish yourself. The service is provided as it stands; liability is limited to the extent the law permits. These terms are read with the privacy policy and the moderation policy.
